Here is a good suggestion for meditating for hours together in the presence of great Ramana Maharshi. Go to the Internet - click - "www.ramanamaharshi.org." Underneath there are many captions of which click Meditaion - you will be amazed to find Maharshi there and also hear OM. Continue chanting OM along with Him. Good Luck.
